Nature of services
Mr. Ashok Gupta, proprietor of RAH Associates, R-5, Above LIC CBO-2, GTB Complex, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462003, AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor, ARN-68943, EUIN E060843. Services are limited to distribution of mutual fund schemes and facilitation of insurance, deposit and small savings products. We do not provide investment advisory, portfolio management or stock broking services.
Investor responsibility
- You are responsible for reading scheme documents, policy wordings and deposit terms before investing.
- You must provide accurate and complete information, including KYC and health disclosures.
- Payments must be made only from your own bank account directly to the AMC, insurer or issuer. We never accept cash for mutual fund investments or payments into personal accounts.
Third-party platforms
Login and analytics links take you to third-party platforms that have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not store your login credentials.
Intellectual property
Website content, layout and the RAH Associates logo belong to RAH Associates. AMC and insurer names are used for identification only and belong to their respective owners.
Prohibited use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or copy content for commercial purposes without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction, subject to the investor grievance mechanisms described on our Grievance Redressal page.
