Login trouble, three common cases
First-time login
If you have invested through us but never logged in, write to ashokgupta.iap@gmail.com
info.ashoklicdhl@gmail.com with your PAN and we will arrange credentials to your registered email.
Forgotten password
Use the forgot password option on the portal itself. The reset link goes to your registered email; we cannot reset it for you, by design.
Something looks wrong
A missing folio or an unexpected figure is usually a registrar data lag. Tell us what you see and we will check it against AMC records.
Prefer we just send the statement?
Ask for a consolidated statement or a capital gains report and we will email it across, no login needed.
