- Details you share through enquiries, WhatsApp, phone or email: name, mobile number, email, city and your message.
- Information needed to process transactions: PAN, Aadhaar-based KYC details, bank details, nominee details, FATCA/CRS declarations and health information for insurance proposals.
- Basic technical data such as browser type, collected by our hosting provider and embedded services (for example Google Maps and Google Fonts).
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and service requests.
- To process investments, insurance proposals, deposits and related servicing with AMCs, registrars, insurers and issuers.
- To comply with KYC, anti-money laundering and other legal requirements.
- To send service communication such as renewal reminders and statements.
Sharing
We share information only with the entities needed to complete your request (AMCs, RTAs such as CAMS and KFintech, KYC registration agencies, insurers, deposit issuers, banks) and with regulators or authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

We retain records for as long as required by law and regulations applicable to distributors and agents. We use reasonable physical and electronic safeguards to protect your information.
