Commission Disclosure
How Mr. Ashok Gupta is paid for the products distributed through RAH Associates.
Last updated: 17 September 2026
In line with SEBI and AMFI requirements, we disclose how we earn income as a distributor.
Mutual funds
- Mr. Ashok Gupta is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-68943) and distributes through RAH Associates. We receive commission from Asset Management Companies on investments made through us in regular plans of their schemes.
- Commission is typically paid as a trail commission, calculated as a percentage of the assets you hold, and is included in the scheme's Total Expense Ratio (TER). No upfront commission is paid under current SEBI rules.
- Commission rates differ across AMCs, schemes and categories, and may change from time to time.
- Every scheme also offers a direct plan, which has no distributor commission and therefore a lower expense ratio. You may invest in direct plans directly with the AMC.
- The commission earned from each scheme on your investment is shown in your Consolidated Account Statement (CAS), as required by SEBI.
- We do not charge investors any separate fee for distribution services.
